Who is Stronger Systems for?
Owners of group training gyms in the UK, Ireland, Europe and Australia who want follow-up, bookings and marketing to run on a proper system instead of memory and spreadsheets.
How much does it cost?
The Engine (systems and automation) is £269 a month including VAT, plus a one-off £1,800 build fee. The Fuel (everything in The Engine plus done-for-you ads) is £969 a month including VAT, and the build fee is waived. Ad spend isn't included.
Is there a long contract?
The Engine is rolling monthly with one month's wind-down notice. The Fuel has a six-month minimum term, then rolls monthly.
Which booking software do you work with?
Full sync with TeamUp, GymOS (Quoox) and Wodboard, and a live push to most other major fitness booking apps.
Do I need HighLevel already?
No. All HighLevel features are included in The Engine, and we build and set everything up for you.
What does the WhatsApp AI actually do?
It's trained on your gym's voice, offers and goals. It replies to enquiries in seconds and books people in, so new leads aren't left waiting while you coach.
